I'm so glad I have and read this book. It is great resource to work on ways to improve feelings, relationships and interactions through energy work and positive beliefs. It contains step by step methods to show the people in your life that you care enough to take small actions to make a big difference. It has the why, the what and the how. She shares her stories and experiences and gets to the point and I love that.
This beautifully written book contains true and valuable concepts in knowing how to find peace and balance within a family unit in this modern world. I know personally that the information and exercises given can help tremendously with an individual who has 'special needs'. I admire the author's intent on making it an easy read; Short, sweet and to the point...Easy to navigate and reference back on. Read it and try the exercises, you won't be disappointed.
This book is filled with great tools that can be used "right now" in the home. The ideas work not only for young children but older children as well. In today's world, what home couldn't use more love and light? Christina Smith infuses the pages with her love and energy and makes the reader want to try the methods in her book. I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their family relationships. Excellent book!
I love the title of this book! The author shares easy, meaningful and practical ways to create more light, love and energy in our homes. If you apply the ideas found in the book, your home and personal life will be strengthened for good. I like the fact the you can read the entire book or use it as a reference guide, skipping to the ideas needed at the time. The ideas are very adaptable for children (and adults) of all ages. I have read many parenting books, but I LOVE the new tools that Christina and others shared in this book. So glad I found this gem! Wonderful resource!!
